How I Work
A collaborative and supportive approach
My approach is warm, non-judgemental and grounded in building a genuine therapeutic relationship. I won’t analyse you from a distance — we will work together, at your pace, to explore what’s going on beneath the surface.
Clients often come to me when they’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, struggling with boundaries, or noticing patterns in relationships they don’t fully understand. You might be feeling stuck, confused, or unsure how to move forward.
What you might be experiencing
An integrative way of working
I offer integrative counselling, a flexible and personalised approach that recognises every individual is unique. Rather than using a single method, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor our work to your specific needs, experiences, and goals.
This means we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and past experiences to develop deeper understanding, while also working with practical tools to support change in the present.
Integrative therapy can be helpful if you are navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, loss, life transitions, or feeling stuck. It allows the work to adapt as your needs evolve, supporting both insight and meaningful, lasting change.
Who I work with
I work with adults (18+) from a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds. I aim to offer a respectful, inclusive space where you feel understood and able to be yourself.
Areas I can help with:
• ADHD
• Anxiety and panic
• Bereavement and loss
• Low mood and depression
• Self-confidence and self-esteem
• Relationship difficulties
•Trauma
I offer counselling on both a short-term and longer-term basis, depending on your needs. Sessions are available face-to-face and online, giving you flexibility in how you access support.
